The house rules and booking terms that apply to a stay with us.
These terms apply to stays and bookings at Royal Paark Resort, No. 82, Aathupakkam, Uthukottai Main Road, Periyapalayam, Tiruvallur, Tamil Nadu - 601102.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check in is from 12:00 PM and check out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability on the day.
Identification
The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age. Passport, Aadhaar, driving licence and other government-issued photo identification are accepted at check-in. Local IDs are not accepted.
Occupancy and Children
1 infant aged 0–2 years is counted within the room capacity. No extra bed is provided for any child or additional guest. Maximum occupancy in every room is 2 adults and 2 children.
House Rules
- Groups consisting only of male guests are not accepted.
- Unmarried couples are welcome.
- Pets are not allowed. No pets live on the property.
- Alcohol consumption is not permitted within the premises.
- Smoking is permitted within the premises. Smoke-free rooms are available subject to availability.
- Non-vegetarian food is allowed. Outside food is allowed, and delivery from local restaurants can be arranged.
- Guests are requested not to invite outside visitors to their rooms.
- Private parties and events are permitted, by arrangement.
- The property is not wheelchair accessible.
Payment
Payment is taken at the hotel. Rates and any applicable taxes are shown during booking.
Liability
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The resort is not liable for loss or damage to property brought onto the premises, except where required by law.
